Billy Boyd, best-known as Pippin from The Lord of the Rings, not only has the sexiest Glaswegian accent, he also sings wonderfully, as he has shown on several occasions. Not just heartbreakingly beautiful in The Return of the King (singing The Steward of Gondor, a line of which has given this listings its name), but also for example at the 2003 TORn party, on Sharon Osbourne's show, and at a children's charity concert in Glasgow.

This physical fanlisting is specifically for his voice.
